Why do I need to check authenticity
We do our best to ensure that you have safe and effective product and therefore we protect it with our authentication security. By checking authenticity our customers can feel confident that product is genuine and safe to use.
How many times can i check the code?
Each code is marked as used after successful check. We do that to ensure that no code is duplicated and is not used on counterfeit products.
What should I do if Authenticity check shows “Not genuine” ?
If you obtained a product that has our label but does not pass Authenticity check it is most probably a fake product. Please contact your supplier and ask for clarifications and/or your money returned.
